UNOBAT 62

The Junckers Unobat 62 is a professional-grade sprung sports floor system designed for performance, safety, and durability for any sport.

Due to its clever sub-floor system, it is suitable for new builds and refurbishments from small community centres to large arenas.

Its 22mm solid hardwood floorboards are fastened to a specially engineered subfloor that delivers excellent shock absorption, reducing injury risk while supporting high-impact sports and multi-purpose activities.

It meets EN 14904 class A4 for area elastic sprung floor standards.

ADAPTABLE TO ANY SUB-FLOOR

The Unobat 62 system accommodates a wide range of irregular subfloors.

Each hardwood board is mounted on a single-layer engineered batten system with shock-absorbing rubber pads, ensuring consistent performance and stability across the entire floor surface.

The rubber pads snap into either a J-Lock cradle or an adjustable J-Lock wedge, depending on the subfloor:

• J-Lock Cradle – Provides a durable stop block for flat subfloors.

• Adjustable J-Lock Wedge – Allows fast, tool-free correction of uneven subfloors to create a perfectly level playing surface.

Additional packing blocks for the J-Lock wedge are available in multiple thicknesses, allowing easy adjustment to achieve the ideal floor height.

PRE-FINISHED SOLID HARDWOOD FLOORBOARDS

Junckers sports floors are made from 100% solid hardwood, with a range of species and grades to suit your aesthetic preferences and budget.

They can be sanded and re-sealed to bare wood 8-10 times offering an expected 25+ year life span.

Each 22mm pre-finished 2-strip board is crafted from two rows of staves with tongue-and-groove joints all around, delivering exceptional stability even with seasonal humidity changes.

Our factory-applied hard-wearing lacquer ensures our floors are ready to use immediately after installation.
